How To Join

Please read these instructions completely. Once you hit the "Continue to Online Membership Form" link at the bottom of the page you will be taken through the registration process.

First, we want to make sure you have all the information you need in order to fill out the form.

What you need to know before joining

• If you are a current member please do not complete the online registration again. Visit the Already a Member page for instructions on how to upgrade your Trial membership, or to add another child, Club and / or Playgroup.
  

• Once you have decided which Club year and playgroup to join, continue to the Online Member Registration page to join either as a Trial or a paid member.
  
  
• Once you join, an automatic notification is also sent out to your playgroup. The New Member Contact for that group will contact you with information about the playgroup's activities.

• You do not have to take any further action, except to accept the email invitation to join the Yahoo! group for your playgroup.
  
  
• If you do not hear from your playgroup within 3-5 days, please contact Leslie Proudfit, the Executive Reference Line Coordinator or email Las Madres' Contact Us.
  
  

No Transfers, No Refunds, No Checks

• Please note that Las Madres has a "no refunds, no transfers" policy, so if you make a mistake and join the wrong group, or change your mind about which playgroup you want to be join, you will need to add and pay for joining the correct one.
  
  
• Please note that we are unable to accept payment of dues by checks. You may pay securely online via this web site. Your statement will show a charge to Club Express, who is our merchant vendor.
  

 Types of Membership

• We offer 2 types of membership: Playgroup Membership, and Alumni / Support Group Membership.
  
  
• If you decide that you do not want to join a playgroup, you can join as a Alumni / Support Group member and still have access to all our Member Benefits.
  

Need Help?

•  If you need help finding a playgroup near you or are not sure what Club year you should join, please contact a Reference Line Volunteer.

• If you are a current member and are unsure about how to add or change a playgroup, please contact our Member Help volunteer BEFORE renewing or adding/ changing. This will help us reduce the hours we spend correcting mistakes.
