How
do I find the right Club and Playgroup?
There are several ways to find a Club and Playgroup for your child:
I know which Club year and Playgroup I want to join, now what?
- To join Las Madres now, go to the Online Membership Registration Form and complete the registration process.
- Once you have joined, your playgroup will be automatically notified that you have joined and they will contact you directly!
How is my contact information used?
- Please fill out your email address and mailing address completely. Most
of your membership benefits are communicated by email, and twice a year
our Las Madres newsletter is mailed to you. Please note: Las Madres does not disclose membership information to outside parties.

We encourage you to share complete, accurate contact information, as
only your other playgroup members will see it and it reduces effort of
our volunteer members having to follow up for missing information.
How do I remit payment?
- We encourage you to pay by credit card as checks require manual processing by our Executive Treasurer who is a volunteer mom. Processing of checks can take several weeks, whereas paying by credit card is instant.
- *Please Note*: If you pay by credit card, your credit card statement will show a charge from ClubExpress,
NOT Las Madres. ClubExpress handles our billing and payment tracking
for our membership dues. You will not see a charge from Las Madres on
your credit card statement.
What else do I need to know?
- Please
make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups.
- Our website is
optimized for Internet Explorer.
- When signing up for a playgroup,
please enter your child's date of birth with complete numbers, such as
03/01.2007, and not as May 6 07.
- If you have any difficulty completing
the registration form, call 1-877-HLP-CLUB
(457-2582).
- When you register you will see the "Interests" screen. By
checking any of these groups that interest you, you will automatically
be joined to our free email lists which include our Social and Support
Groups.
- Once you are a paid member, it is very important that you log
into this website and go to the Member Benefits and Info page to take advantage of all of your membership benefits.
