Thanks to our Executive Board for organising our annual training event for our incoming volunteers and thank you to Supporting Mamas for coming to our volunteer training and sharing your insights and information on local resources available for families that may be experiencing perinatal depression. Hearing your talk helps so much to build our volunteers confidence in how to help members who may need it.
